Smart World The Edition is an ultra-luxury high-rise residential development in Sector 66 of Gurugram on the Golf Course Extension Road. Located on 10 acres of land and made up of six individual buildings built in pairs, this development will include all the amenities expected from modern luxury homes. Each of the towers has been designed with large floor designs and extensive use of open space, making this an environment where residents can live in a very low-density setting.

Development and Architecture

The architectural design for Smart World The Edition was provided by Studio Symbiosis, a firm that specializes in developing large, contemporary residential towers. The towers themselves will reach heights of up to G +42. The primary architectural specification is the height of the interiors, which are approximately 3.45 m between floors. This development was registered with RERA under registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/756/488/2023/100 and is scheduled to be completed and ready for possession in 2028, with construction currently underway.

Connectivity and Location

The project is located in Sector 66 and enjoys great access to Golf Course Extension Road as it connects to several major commercial and transit routes. Access is also available via the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and National Highway 48 (NH-48), which connect the project with Cyber City, Udyog Vihar and IGI Airport. Schools, healthcare facilities and commercial buildings such as WorldMark are located nearby, making this part of town a hub where both communities and businesses interact in a productive way.
