Beyond Luxury: M3M Selects Jacob & Co. to Brand Exclusive Rs 2,100 Crore Residential Landmark in Noida

NEW DELHI/NOIDA: Real estate giant M3M India has revealed an unprecedented joint venture with globally recognized luxury brand Jacob & Co. for the creation of an ultra-luxury residential project in Noida. The project, called 'Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida,' will be the first offering in the Indian residential market by the high-jewellery and watchmaker, and is estimated to cost ₹2,100 crore.

Situated in Noida, this 6-acre project provides a new standard for ultra-luxury living in the National Capital Region ("NCR"). M3M India expects to generate approximately ₹3,500 crore from the project's development over the next three years.

Redefining Exclusivity

This partnership will deliver an unmatched level of luxury and craftsmanship. Jacob & Co., a globally recognized brand specializing in haute-jewellery timepieces and creative ingenuity, will inject its distinctive design ethos into the homes through the interiors and architectural elements.

The project will feature high-end homes configured as 3, 4, and 5 BHK, with prices ranging from ₹14 crore to ₹25 crore. This price point sets a new cost benchmark for luxury real estate in Noida, with units selling for around ₹35,000 per square foot.

The project will be carried out in two phases, starting with 150 premium residences in Phase I, followed by an estimated 100 ultra-luxury branded serviced residences in Phase II. The homes will all include a limited-edition Jacob & Co. watch that had been specifically designed for the project. The project will offer world-class and 7-star amenities, including private lounges, a high-end clubhouse, smart home technology, etc., to satisfy the demand for ultra-exclusive branded residences emerging in the country.
